The Primary account is your first operational account with Griffin. We’ll open it by default when you sign up in our sandbox or live environment.
The Primary account cannot be closed while you’re a Griffin customer, but it can be renamed. We’ll use it for a few key functions:
Automatic billing
Commission payments
Interest payments for safeguarded funds (if applicable)
In addition to this, it has all the functions of a regular operational account.
